After dropping no less than 90 pounds, Kelly Osbourne feels like a whole new person and she got candid about her weight loss journey and body dysmorphia struggle during a new interview. Furthermore, she even mentioned that she can now shop for clothes from the kids’ section since she has a much smaller frame.
Kelly feels like she’s a ‘whole new version’ of herself and she really enjoys discovering this person every day.
This is the case especially as far as her fashion is concerned, the star experimenting with all kinds of styles now.
After all, dressing her slimmer body is a learning process.
While chatting with HollywoodLife, Kelly dished that ‘I’m just starting to realize how … unless you see somebody in person you do not really know what their body actually looks like? It was kinda like that for me in the sense that I did not realize how small my frame actually was. I fit into 12 to 13-year-olds’ clothing, so I now have to get a lot of my shirts from the children’s section, and trying to find stores that have a really good petite section is hard.’
Kelly went on to share that one of her favorite places to get cute clothes for her frame was TopShop.
However, even there, finding pants that fit right was quite the struggle.
‘I had to cut off a foot and then if I do not do that or find ones that are meant to be cut right above the ankle then they will be full length on me. I really struggle to find things to fit me, but I also had this body dysmorphia thing like, ‘You cannot wear a dress. You cannot shave your legs. You cannot do this.’ And I actually got styled just the other day, they put me in a pink dress and I was like, ‘Oh, this is so nice!’ So I am finally leaving my little prison of you cannot wear that kind of thing and exploring my options and it’s fun.’
Of course, most importantly, she is doing great mentally as well!
